If between sizes, size up or down depending on if you like your bracelets a little tight or loose. Please see the description below for an easy way to measure your wrist.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: Made with the finest stretch bracelet clear elastic string, doubled for extra security. The knot is hidden inside one of the bead holes for a clean finished appearance.
